BANGKOK, Dec 4 (Reuters) - Thailand's King Bhumibol Adulyadej failed to turn up at Bangkok's Chitralada Palace on Thursday for a birthday eve address to the nation, the event's master of ceremonies said in comments broadcast on national radio.
